Mindfulness for others

 

Gathering together to practice yoga is healing for everyone who is present. In an effort to honor ourselves and those in our midst, it is helpful to be mindful of a few things. Please leave your shoes and coats outside the studio. Please bring personal valuables inside the studio, and turn your phone off. We would love for you to stay for the whole class, including savasana; it is an important part of your practice and allows the whole body, mind, and spirit to rest, processing all that was created and released during class. If you need to leave early, let the teacher know and take a few minutes of stillness on your mat before leaving class. And lastly, smile, and greet your fellow yogis.

Scents

 

Many folks have allergies and sensitivity to scents which can cause extreme headaches, nausea and other pain. Please limit your use of scents before entering the studio. Thank you.
