Offering accessible, holistic yoga to support individual and collective well-being.

Connect. Align. Extend.

  • Classes for Every Body

We seek to teach safe, fun relational yoga every day, to EVERY BODY at sustainable prices to increase access to holistic yoga. We recognize the disparity and inequity inherent in our country’s origin and intentionally offer reduced rates and scholarships to folks who have been harmed by systemic racism.

  • Holistic & Accessible

We offer holistic, interactive Workshops & Class Series as an opportunity to deepen our understanding and practice of being human.

Grow with us through the wisdom tradition of yoga philosophy, modern science, energy medicine, Ayurveda and community connection.

  • 230hr Teacher Training

Yoga Sanctuary’s Holistic Yoga Teacher Training & Personal Transformation program provides affordable certifcation accredited through Yoga Alliance. Our trainers guide students to see themselves more clearly and unlock their highest potential as a teacher. We have created a unique program that values practicality and wisdom in equal measure.

Offering a place of respite and integration for your body, mind, and spirit

Ignite the transformative and healing power of yoga — together

The practice of yoga tells us that everything we need for peace and wholeness is already inside us, but living and practicing yoga is best done in the context of a supportive community.

As a Nonprofit Yoga Collective, we we seek to expand trauma-informed yoga programming beyond our studio doors and into our communities, including under-resourced community spaces, schools, neighborhood centers, organizations, and workplaces. Together, we will work to ignite the transformative and healing power of being fully present in our bodies and in our lives.

Giving Yoga to All

As a holistic, nonprofit, neighborhood studio in South Minneapolis, we are committed to increasing access to safe, fun, relational yoga for ALL who desire it. We intentionally keep our class and workshop prices as low as possible, but this is still not affordable for some folks. There is an increased sense of division in our culture, including yoga. The heart and soul of yoga is to UNIFY — within ourselves, outwardly with others and expansively with the Divine/Creation/Universe.

We have outreach yoga programs in which we subsidize yoga for individuals and groups. We invite you to join us in SHARING ABUNDANTLY. If you share our values and want to help others find inner and outer healing through yoga, please donate.
