I was first introduced to meditation and yoga through the Center of Spirituality and Healing at the University of Minnesota. I had been struggling with some mental health issues and learning these mindfulness practices was invaluable in my journey to well-being. I became more centered, compassionate, inquisitive, and felt more connected to everything around me. I was also better able to manage difficult emotions and experiences.

As someone who has experienced a great sense of healing and self-exploration from yoga, it is important to me to share this practice with others. I received my 230 hour Yoga Teaching Certification from Yoga Sanctuary in Minneapolis. My passion is to help my students along on their path to physical, mental, and spiritual wellness. I weave breathing techniques, meditation, and movement into my classes, finding a balance between exertion and rest. I enjoy teaching tantra, hatha, and restorative classes and have a certification in Yoga Nidra. I welcome everyBODY to my classes and make modifications for injuries. I look forward to meeting you!
