Dina Lee-Ramirez
Yoga Instructor
My journey with yoga began when I was sixteen, attending classes with my mom at a local yoga studio that offered a sliding scale option. This early experience ignited a passion for yoga that has only grown over the years. I intuitively felt there was more to yoga than just the physical practice, and I have since been dedicated to exploring its profound, life-changing capabilities.
Yoga has been a cornerstone in my personal journey, especially in managing my generalized anxiety. Through consistent practice, I have found a path towards greater peace and well-being. This transformative experience inspired me to deepen my knowledge and share the benefits of yoga with others.
I am a recent 2024 graduate of the HYTT program at Yoga Sanctuary. As a new instructor, my goal is to create a safe and inclusive space for all bodies, recognizing and honoring the diverse needs of each student.
I am also bilingual in Spanish and am excited to offer classes in both English and Spanish, making yoga more accessible to the Spanish-speaking community.
I am thrilled to be part of Yoga Sanctuary, a place that embodies the spirit of inclusivity and accessibility in yoga. Yoga is for everyone, and I look forward to sharing this beautiful practice with you in class.
